11/04/2023 - FVRO

Waking up the Western Australian Police Force with letters. I allegedly breached a Family Violence Restraining Order (FVRO) and was put in jail over night by the Police. This FVRO has been hung over me as a weapon to control my behavior and empower women with complete control over the man. The order was set back in December 2022 and the first hearing was set 7 months into a 12 month order for an opportunity to defend myself. This is a gross miscarriage of justice that many other men have been subjected too and it is my duty to fight against the corrupt judicial system through my case.

25/03/2023 - Jail time

The court asked if I was the said name (strawman) and I said yes (should have said under duress). Then asked if I understand, I answered; I do not understand the charges. The next hearing(27/03/2023); plea hearing, I used the same method; I do not understand and the judge pled on my behalf; not guilty and full disclosure required and trial is set for 22 May 2023 at the Joondalup courthouse. I sent a notice of divine special appearance beforehand (26/03/2023) but this was not mentioned and I also said that I have the gods law book, King James Version 1611 Bible and the 1901 Constitution.

13/12/2023 - the beginning of my run in with the police

Was on a working/ holiday. I went to bed early, Mrs. got blackout drunk by herself, fell over, split her head open. I called 000, they asked what you need; I said cops mistakenly and the cops came anyway with the ambo, locked me up and put a interim FVRO on me. I caught a bus home from Albany. Cops stole my phone and raided the house without warrant. I sent them a letter arguing they had no authority (asked them to produce the royal assented document that brings said Restraining Orders act into Law) and got my phone back shortly after they received my letter, lol. Mrs decided to continue the attack on my sovereignty (she may have been coerced by others) and placed yet another FVRO on me as mentioned above (11/04/2023). The order states I can only txt her to see my two year old son and I see 2% of his life which is a lot better than most other men. She states its the "commonwealth stuff" that i am doing that makes her drink till she blacks out.
